Preparing of reports

Skyview Real Estate Brokers, Dubai looking for a Listing Coordinator to join the team immediately!!

Manage the team for gathering all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles.

Overview the team with new listings being posted on the portals

Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales.

Preparing of real estate forms and documents

Composing, editing and drafting letters, addendums, and property-related contracts.

Preparing Ejari/ Government contracts for all properties in our portfolio

Act as the point of contact between the management, agents & internal/external clients

Following up with tenants for matters relating to tenancy renewals, collection of cheques etc.

Qualification:

At least 5 years of experience as Listing Manager in a Real Estate Brokerage

Excellent knowledge in CRM software’s like Propspace, Brokerpad, Sales Force etc and property portals like Propertyfinder, Bayut, Dubizzle

Experience with the Trakheesi System • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of software tools like One Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of our team
