We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE's labor laws, a valid driver's license, compliance procedures, and government regulations related to business setup and immigration. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be fluent in English, and have some knowledge of Arabic.
Responsibilities:
· Possess knowledge of Mainland Companies, Free zone companies set up, and Compliance procedures.
· Responsible for handling UAE Visas and Employment-related matters such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, Emirates ID Biometrics, residence visa applications and submissions, cancellations, entry-exit reports, and various other Immigration Department, Ministry of Labor, and MOHRE related tasks.
· Work closely with the Dubai Economic Department to manage legal documentation, open new trade licenses, renew trade licenses, submit Ejari and other important documents for the Trade License.
· Process transactions and obtain approvals from Dubai Municipality, SIRA, RERA, TECOM, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Civil Defense, RTA, and all other government entities in the UAE.
· Stay up-to-date with new rules, regulations, and laws announced in the UAE and provide regular updates to the HR office on changes in procedures and rules.
· Ensure timely processing and handling of all new work and business visas by submitting, following up, and gathering required documents.
· Represent the company at various offices such as Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments when necessary.
· Efficiently and effectively handle general enquiries about PRO functions.
· Assist the office in identifying and resolving issues related to organization vehicle registration and renewals.
· Obtain visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business-related travels.
· Familiarity with the process of obtaining residency permits, etc.
Requirements:
· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor law.
· Previous experience in a similar position in Dubai.
· Proficient in administration skills.
· Solid understanding of UAE Labor law, particularly Immigration rules and regulations.
· Effective interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with local government agencies.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Proficient in both oral and written English.
· Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
