Full job description

Bachelor’s Degree/Technical Qualification or equivalent

• CIPS, SCM, SAP, or Equivalent
• Basic Technical Knowledge and Knowledge of Procurement Process
• Experience Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in similar role in manufacturing background.

JD-

Receive purchase requests, understand the requirement and plan the purchases by identifying suppliers.

• Explore and source new suppliers, get them pre-qualified, enlist and get them approved.
• Analyse the quotations from the approved workflow and shortlist the complying quotations.
• Negotiate deals which are cost effective and with a focus on value for money.
• Strong follow-up with suppliers for lead times, communicating to the stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance of products and services as per the agreed KPI.
• Keep track of open purchase orders and delivery status and communicate to the stakeholders where required.
• Ensure that the right materials are delivered at the right time with the required documents.
• Receive supplier invoices, check for accuracy and post in SAP
