Roles & Responsibilities

  • Internal Calibration & maintenance of various types of laboratory equipment.
  • Assist with product releasing in system.
  • Perform laboratory testing, including pH, Fat, Specific Gravity, Acidity, Strength of CIP chemicals, etc.
  • Prepare & maintain accurate laboratory, online & sample collection records.
  • Maintain & communicate the inventory of lab consumables.
  • Perform quality control duties as directed by manager.
  • Clean and maintain work area, all lab equipment and supplies.
  • Perform product weight control, antibiotic testing, Lab equipment calliberation & sanitation.
  • Weigh, measure & prepare critical ingredients for production usage.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filled out in clear, legible & accurate format with complete required information.
  • Ensure all information is documented in accordance with SOP’s.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years’ work experience in Food/ Dairy manufacturing unit.
  • Flexibility of working in shifts (day, night & mid).
  • Knowledge of HACCP & GMP is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal communication)
  • Knowledge of MS office is an added advantage.
