Qualifications:

  • - Preferrably a Bachelor Degree graduate
  • - Experience in Office Front-desk/Secretary in Building Materials is a plus.
  • - Respectful & polite to all management seniors and other colleagues in all departments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • - Front desk duties (Taking calls, transferring calls as necessary to the concerned department, greeting the visitors with positive energy)
  • - Preparing quotations (This is the main duty)
  • - Receiving, sorting, distributing & dispatching shipments.
  • - Maintaining safety and hygeine standards of the reception area.

Skills:

  • - Good telephone communication etiquette.
  • - Fast & eager learner
  • - Organized & resourceful (Multitasking skills)
  • - Work-focused (Regular attendance and punctuality)
  • - Active listener
  • -Ability to handle office equipments (Telephone system, printer and/or fax machine)
