Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, colleges, and other recruitment sources to expand the talent pool.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques.
Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.
Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
