Job Description

Candidate should have drugstore experience
Ensure that all store activities must be aligned with MOH regulations.
Being ready for MOH audits at any time with a proper justification to pass the audit without observation.
Assist in the official audits from the concerned departments as the responsible person for the stores.
Compile and submit documents to regulatory agencies for approval of the chemicals and permits.
Ensure that all the products are stored as per GSDP (goods storage and distribution practice).
Maintain store registrations in compliance with local regulations.
Being responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local government rules and regulations.
Ensuring the safe transport of the products to the warehouse and the end user thus maintaining the safety and efficacy of the product.
Understand and be familiar with all aspects of product development.
Retaining reference samples of registered products with document archives.
Apply for MOH online approval to declare the shipment.
Updating the approval to the logistic coordinator.
