Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales/Projects Coordinator at Diligence Security Systems in Dubai, UAE. The Sales/Projects Coordinator will be responsible for presales and estimation of ELV systems, project coordination, sales activities, providing customer service, and effective communication with clients. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee presales activities for IT and Network products, ensuring seamless installation processes.
• Provide comprehensive estimates for end-to-end ELV solutions, including CCTV and access points, tailored for key clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve issues on behalf of the company.
• Prepare and submit quotes based on site and technical team requirements to clients.
• Support Account Managers in various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage order processing and conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV Field
• Project Coordination and Analytical Skills
• Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Sales expertise
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
