Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of scaffolding experience and a strong understanding of construction site safety and best practices. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erecting Scaffolding: Set up scaffolding structures, including tubes, boards, and other materials, ensuring stability and safety.
• Dismantling Scaffolding: Safely and efficiently dismantle scaffolding structures after project completion.
• Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect scaffolding for safety and stability, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other construction team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address potential safety issues or structural weaknesses in scaffolding setups.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in scaffolding.
• Certification: Relevant scaffolding certification or training preferred.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and climbing.
• Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of construction site safety and scaffolding best practices.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the safety and stability of scaffolding structures.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with various types of scaffolding systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
