Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the field
- Extensive background in construction and transportation sectors
- Proficient in document management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with DC platforms such as ACONEX, SAP, EDMS, and ICV
- Fluency in Arabic (both verbal and written)
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
