Designation: Site Supervisor + Driving License
Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a valid driving license for site inspections and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.
· Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and protocols.
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor the quality of work performed and ensure it meets the required standards and specifications.
· Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively and efficiently.
· Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site promptly and effectively.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients on site, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
· Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals, ensuring high levels of performance and morale.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in construction site supervision.
· Valid driving license is mandatory for site visits and supervision.
