Hiring Talent Acquisition professionals at Sobha Realty.
Experience - minimum 3-4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate)
Candidate must be in the UAE, available for a face to face interview.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Sourcing and building relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions
- Coordinating and participating in the hiring process, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and providing recommendations on hiring best practices
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and laws related to talent acquisition and ensuring compliance
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and making continuous improvements to the process.
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in talent acquisition, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems.
