Telemarketing Manager + Office Admin (Filipino Preferred):
As a Telemarketing Manager cum Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for managing telemarketing activities while also providing administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to generate leads and promote our products and services.
·       set clear objectives and targets.
·       Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality and provide feedback for improvement.
·       Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
·       Maintain accurate records of telemarketing activities, sales reports, and customer interactions.
·       Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to align efforts and achieve common goals.
·       Provide general administrative support such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office correspondence.
·       Assist in managing office supplies and organizing office files.

·       Proven experience in telemarketing and office administration roles.
·       Familiarity with the building material industry is a plus.
·       Education:  Any Bachelor’s degree
