  • Issuing air tickets by using GDS systems.
  • Prepare Holiday Packages.
  • Dealing Directly with clients.
  • Answering Phone and Dealing with sub-agents.
  • An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
  • Organizing individual or group tours.


  • Minimal experience of 2 years at least as Travel Agent.
  • Knowledge in GDS systems advanced.
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent communications in English; Arabic and other languages are advantage.
  • Must be already here in UAE for interview.
