Job Description

Issuing air tickets by using GDS systems.
Prepare Holiday Packages.
Dealing Directly with clients.
Answering Phone and Dealing with sub-agents.
An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including fares, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
Organizing individual or group tours.

Requirements

Minimal experience of 2 years at least as Travel Agent.
Knowledge in GDS systems advanced.
Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communications in English; Arabic and other languages are advantage.
Must be already here in UAE for interview.
