The Transport Maintenance Coordinator oversees the maintenance of a vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, maintaining records, managing inventory, and optimizing maintenance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections, collaborating with technicians and service providers.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, generating reports on vehicle performance and costs.

Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability through coordination with suppliers.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, conduct safety inspections, and stay updated on industry regulations.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Training: Provide training on basic maintenance procedures and safety protocols to transport staff.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in mechanical / Heavy vehicles Maintenance knowledge
  • Manual Driving license of UAE Mandatory
  • Experience in fleet maintenance coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
