Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, following established procedures.
  • Handle guests' luggage and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area.
  • Provide directions and information about resort facilities and services.
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines for vehicle handling.
  • Report any vehicle damages or issues promptly.
  • Assist with special requests and guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Previous valet parking or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional and well-groomed appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and move vehicles safely.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
