- Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles, following established procedures.
- Handle guests' luggage and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area.
- Provide directions and information about resort facilities and services.
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for vehicle handling.
- Report any vehicle damages or issues promptly.
- Assist with special requests and guest inquiries.
- Previous valet parking or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance.

- Physical fitness to handle luggage and move vehicles safely.
