Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations:
• Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfilment.
• Ensure efficient and organized workflow within the warehouse.
• Inventory Management:
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Manage stock rotation and minimize excess inventory.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.
• Communication:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management (minimum 5 years).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and control practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
