We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Job Description: As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations. This includes overseeing inventory management, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and implement effective stock control measures.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and warehouse metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage warehouse budgets and control costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
