As an Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include overseeing administrative tasks, supporting various departments, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to clients and staff.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and interviews.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of records and databases.
  • Organize and file documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in planning and organizing staffs' schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer or in a similar capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
