Job Description

The Cluster Head will lead and ensure smooth functioning (operations & administration) of the assigned cluster. This role would also play a crucial part in the strategy formulation planning, development & expansion of the assigned cluster.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the business performance of the clinic (Revenue & Cost) against the budget, implement various cost reduction measures and achieve gross profit and EBIDTA for all the units are allocated, analyze variances and initiate appropriate action plans.
  • Ensure that all protocols and standards are implemented and SOPs are adhered to, MEP services and infection control protocols in clinic/hospitals run in smooth order.
  • Ensure all valid statutory documents and medical records are maintained in the respective unit.
  • Ensure efficient functioning of insurance department and ensure all promotional & marketing activities are timely implemented.
  • Co-ordinate with HR department in manpower planning, recruitment, reward & recognition, performance appraisals & talent planning.
  • Prepare and send the periodical MIS report to the management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Administer duty roaster for all the units assigned and ensure assigned units are opened & closed on time and appointments are met as per the schedule.
  • Create & ensure a customer friendly front office team and make use of the Queue Management System to reduce the patient waiting time and smooth flow of patients.
  • Explore the possibilities of adding new specialties or services to the units so as to increase the business generation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, internally and externally, and use all the means and methods available to popularize the brand and expand the network.
  • Meet community doctors on a regular basis to increase patient referrals.
  • Coordinate with the CRM team for on-time customer query/complaint resolution and ensure the team implements it to the fullest extent.
  • Ensure front office, customer care and all related staff are trained in the necessary processes and protocols and they should track, record and report for action and for future reference.
  • Implement an inventory system coordinating with IT department to streamline the inventory management and to track and monitor the movement of consumables, medicines etc.
  • Conduct periodic orientation and training for all staff under Operations and suggest effective measures to improve performance.
  • Monitor that all the staff members are following the grooming protocols and all the units are well maintained.

Education & Experience:
 

  • Bachelors/Masters in Management, Operations, Marketing or similar field.
  • Prior experience in Admin and P&L control.
  • Proven experience in business development, financial and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulations and standards.
