As the Group Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of multiple clinics, ensuring they meet regulatory standards, deliver exceptional patient care, and achieve business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the patient experience, driving revenue growth, and fostering a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Compliance with DHA Regulations:Ensure that all clinics within the network comply with DHA regulations and maintain required licenses and certifications.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary changes in clinic processes and protocols accordingly.

Sales and Marketing:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote clinic services, attract new patients, and increase patient retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and promotions.
Monitor and analyze marketing and sales data to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, ensuring a high level of professionalism and patient-centered care.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting team cohesion and motivation.

Financial Management:Prepare and manage budgets for each clinic, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure profitability.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.

Quality Assurance:Implement quality assurance and improvement programs to maintain clinical excellence.
Monitor patient feedback and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Management, Business Administration).
  • 5-6 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar role in the medical field.
  • Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
