The candidate should have a strong track record in sales and commercial
Must have at least 5 years of overall experience
Must be a good communicator and networker
Must have a consultative sales approach which involves – Asking right questions, practice active listening, educating potential customers and being authentic
Prior work-experience in consulting organisations such as - accounting, auditing,
Anti-Money Laundering, Tax advisory and / or company formation is an advantage
Job Requirements:
Identify leads and build a healthy pipeline tracked through CRM.
Generate leads through multi-channels, including networking, attending seminars, meetings, webinars, calls, emails and social media.
Be process driven, ensuring daily updates and tracking on CRM.
Devise the marketing strategy and improve upon the strategy when required.
Work with the Digital Marketing team to achieve optimization of the efforts of digital marketing team and the CRM.
Meeting with new and prospective clients, provide quotes and contracts, follow up with clients to convert and ensure further referrals by ensuring happy customers.
Be able to operate independently, take personal ownership and have an entrepreneurial mindset
Be able to juggle several deliverables in a high-pressure environment.
Be well-informed and updated on the products and services of the business
