We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive the growth of our healthcare training services. In this role, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare organizations, and promoting our training solutions to improve skills and compliance in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

  • Identify and research potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, medical centers, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
  • Use a variety of methods (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media outreach) to generate new leads and prospects for healthcare training programs.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare training requirements and recommend appropriate training solutions.
  • Present and promote the company’s healthcare training services, focusing on value propositions such as compliance, professional development, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as HR managers, training coordinators, and healthcare executives.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings, both in person and virtually, to present training offerings and discuss how they meet the needs of the healthcare organization.
  • Provide personalized consultations to clients, ensuring that their training needs are accurately understood and addressed.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Work closely with the training and operations teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company’s service offerings and are deliverable on time and within budget.
  • Provide feedback to the training development team based on client input to help refine and improve training materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback, to ensure consistent progress toward sales targets.
  • Assist in preparing regular sales reports for senior management.
  • Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network and stay informed on industry trends.
  • Represent the company at local and regional events to generate interest in the company’s training solutions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with ongoing training programs and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the delivery of training programs.
