Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Version Control:
    • Implement and enforce version control procedures to avoid errors and discrepancies.
    • Monitor and update document versions as necessary, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest and correct documents.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborate with project teams to verify that documentation aligns with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments to collect, organize, and distribute documents as needed.
    • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders regarding document-related matters.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and best practices.
    • Serve as a resource for document-related inquiries, offering guidance and assistance when needed.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to document control.
    • Implement and maintain document control policies to mitigate risks and promote compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the document control function.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and technology advancements to enhance document control processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with document control software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
