We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join as a General Administrator for a multi-company establishment. (Real Estate, Cleaning Services etc)

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Support:

  • Assist in creating and managing property listings for sale and lease.
  • Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients and agents.
  • Help prepare real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.
  • Support in market research and competitive analysis to track trends and property values.
  • Maintain and update client and vendor databases.
  • Schedule and track property inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Manage communication with clients, vendors, and service providers.
  • Prepare forms A,B,F & I.

Administrative Support:

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general office support.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Schedule events.
  • Book tickets, accommodation for travel.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in real estate is a must

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with real estate software (MLS, CRM, property management tools) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • A positive, client-focused attitude.
