Group Hospital Operations Manager

Company: Beverly Hills Specialist Hospital - Abu Dhabi L.L.C (Owned by Bella Roma Specialty Hospital) & Bella Roma Specialty Hospital L.L.C. - Dubai, United Arab Emirates looking for Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) has at least 10 year experience in UAE in a hospital setting.

Our specializing in cosmetic surgery services. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, innovative treatments, and cutting-edge surgical techniques. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the operational efficiency and strategic growth of both hospitals while ensuring compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, standards of the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi, and Joint Commission International (JCI) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and expand service offerings in the cosmetic surgery domain.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
• Optimize operational processes, workflows, and resource utilization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Quality and Patient Safety:
• Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction are maintained across both hospitals.
• Implement quality assurance programs and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, DHA standards, DOH standards in Abu Dhabi, and JCI standards.
• Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures to achieve financial targets and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost-saving initiatives.
• Team Development:
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing healthcare management team.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and external partners.
• Represent the hospitals in the local healthcare community and industry events.
• Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
• Ensure strict adherence to DHA regulations, DOH standards in Abu Dhabi, and JCI standards.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hosptial Management, Business Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with DHA regulations, DOH standards in Abu Dhabi, and JCI accreditation requirements.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• UAE healthcare industry experience preferred.
