Supports recruitment process, including posting jobs and advertisements, screening resumes and conducting phone interviews, responding to candidates, tracking applications, and completing new hire interview assessment forms, checklists , and preparing & follow up on the onboarding process
Processing of employee visa (new, renewals, cancellation, etc.)
Keeping track on company license renewals.
Drafts HR letters for employees.
Updating time sheets and attendance of the employee in the ERP on timely manner.
Keeping track of stationery required and order them as and when required.
Keeping records of employee leaves and rejoining after leaves, and preparing all the necessary documents needed for travel and rejoin,
Arrange, conduct and maintain staff training.
Compliance with HR process in relation to IMS.
Authorizing employee air tickets
Keeping track on offices rent and staff accommodation.
Assist HR team in all the tasks assigned by them.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
3+ years combined experience in HR & Admin.
UAE valid driving license
Well versed with Human Resource laws by the government of U.A.E
