Also should have work experience as a Recruiter for Staff and workmen.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Assist the Recruitment Manager for complete cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team·
Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Perform all other HR administration task assigned by the manager.
