  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team·
  • Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Perform all other HR administration task assigned by the manager.
