Key Account Manager / Sales Executive – Fine Fragrances B2B

We are currently seeking a Key Account Manager / Sales Executive – Fine Fragrances who will be responsible for developing and implementing the corporate sales strategies within the United Arab Emirates market with core focus on B2B and B2M customers in the field of fine fragrance. The ultimate goal is to grow Moellhausen market share, raise brand awareness within the industry, and pursue new business partnerships and opportunities. This includes maintaining and growing the ongoing business to achieve defined fragrance sales objectives, as well as developing preferential relationships with key customers and setting up new key accounts.

Responsibilities

· Carry out recurring customer visits to present new launches and win project briefs and orders

. Identify target customer personas and develop the ideal sales pipeline to maximize conversion

. Develop strategic partnerships with different stakeholders in the fragrance industry

· Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences within GCC

· Develop and present sales proposals and plans while maximizing marginality and minimizing risks

· Monitor timeline of project development, sample submissions, order shipments and payments

· Report activity on commercial progress using internal CRM and ERP systems frequently

· Follow up on submitted samples and R&D related activities and projects

· Analyzes the fragrance market within GCC for new trends and fast-moving fragrances

· Performs comprehensive product presentations to various business partners

· Manage customer complaints and convert to opportunities

. Liaise internally with various departments and team members (Customer service, R&D, logistics...)

Required Experience

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Fine Fragrance and perfumes industry

· Client-facing experience in sales of perfumes and fine fragrances in UAE

· B2B experience is mandatory and knowhow of the perfume’s ecosystem in UAE

. Experience working on ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP or other equivalent system)

. Experience in liaising internally with evaluators, perfumers, FDM’s and technical teams

. Basic understanding of importation processes for fragrances from Europe is a plus

Skills & Abilities

· Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.

· Highly skilled at project planning, time management and internal/external communication

· Entrepreneurial mindset and dynamic problem-solver

. Comfortable using technology, task management and project management apps and tools

· Excellent interpersonal skills with high levels of versatility and ability to adapt to new circumstances

· Customer service oriented, and able to develop smooth relations with different customer personas

· Good command of Microsoft Office SW (Excel, Word, Power Point)

· Good knowledge of data analysis regarding sales, costs, market/customers data and forecasting.

Job Location

Moellhausen – Dubai, Jebel Ali office. The candidate will be ready to travel often to other locations.
