Job Description

Mediapro Middle East is seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a variety of creative projects from conception to completion, while also being able to generate engaging, on-brand content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing content projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations to create high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.
  • Coordinate with the Project Owner to ensure that all project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Generate creative content for a variety of platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and keep stakeholders informed about project developments and adjustments.
  • Manage the project daily tasks, allocate resources and engage the client
  • Client management, reports and over all supervision of the team
  • Provide feedback, advice, and direction to other members of the content team to ensure work aligns with the project's strategic goals.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project reviews.
  • Reporting directly to the business head

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a content-focused role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual ( Arabic + English speaking )
  • Should understand the process of digital content creation especially for social media
  • A team player and should have the mindset for a lead
  • Should be good in crisis management
