Job Description: As a Manager at Kings Auto Garage, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our garage floor. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient and timely completion of automotive maintenance and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
· Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of automotive technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and performance.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Workflow Coordination:
· Plan and organize daily workflow to optimize efficiency and meet service targets.
· Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
· Monitor work progress and address any issues or delays promptly to minimize customer wait times.
Customer Service Excellence:
· Ensure exceptional customer service delivery at all times, maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
· Foster long-term customer relationships through personalized service and attention to detail.
Quality Assurance:
· Oversee quality control processes to ensure that all automotive maintenance and repair work meets industry standards and customer expectations.

Inventory Management:
