Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Office Coordinator to join our team in JAFZA Free Zone.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Requirements:

- Female candidate.
- Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is MANDATORY.
- Previous experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Manage transportation and records.
- Schedule meetings & take meeting minutes. 
- Support management with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized work environment.
