Job Description

The opportunity will be primarily based in Jafza Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Company is looking at onboarding a competent and well experienced Office Helper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing filing system.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Support in coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Manage the office pantry, supplies, arrange refreshments for visitors and employees as necessary.
  • Maintain the office areas clean and safe
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or associate’s degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience as Office Assistant or in a reputable organization. Candidates with F&B service experience in reputable Restaurants / Hotels will also be preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
  • Warm personality with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Have good grooming standards and well presentable.
  • Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
