The opportunity will be primarily based in Jafza Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the Company is looking at onboarding a competent and well experienced Office Helper.
Key Responsibilities
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Support in coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Manage the office pantry, supplies, arrange refreshments for visitors and employees as necessary.
Maintain the office areas clean and safe
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
3-4 years of experience as Office Assistant or in a reputable organization. Candidates with F&B service experience in reputable Restaurants / Hotels will also be preferred.
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
Warm personality with good communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Have good grooming standards and well presentable.
