We are seeking a Coordinator, to coordinate the functions of our operations department.
Required qualifications and skills includes:
· Extensive experience in manpower planning, scheduling etc.
· Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
· Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
· Excellent typing speed, computer skill and well versed in MS office packages (especially excel & word)
· Excellent telephone etiquettes.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· Good written and oral communication skills in English
· Good understanding of office practices and methods.
