Job Description:
1- Conduct feasibility study for the project.
2- Ability to make operating plan.
3- Selecting competencies to run the project.
4- Ability to study the market.
5- Product improvement.
6- Develop appropriate tools and competition.
7- Develop the future plan for the project and performance indicators.
8- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
9- Manage budgets and forecasts
10- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Requirements and skills:
1- 10 Years + experience as operations manager in construction field.
2- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
3- Experience budgeting and forecasting.
4- Leadership ability.
5- Engineering or Degree in Business, Operations Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
