As a Quality Manager (Quality Assurance and Quality Control) in the food industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of food products throughout the production process. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems, procedures, and standards to meet regulatory requirements and uphold customer satisfaction. Requirements:

  • · Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or SQF.
  • · Experience in implementing and managing quality control processes and systems.
  • · Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • · Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • · Proficiency in using quality control tools, statistical analysis software, and computer systems.
