Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when required.

Provide accurate and timely information to inquiries from clients, visitors, and employees.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members as needed.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Coordinate and manage meeting room reservations and setups.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless office operation.

Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Assist in maintaining office security by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access control.

Cooperate with the facilities team to ensure the office space is well-maintained.

Stay informed about company products, services, and updates to effectively communicate with visitors and clients.
