Job Description

1)Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
2)Answer and Direct phone calls.
3)Arrange and manage Visa applications, Flights and hotel accommodation.
4)Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
5)Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
6)Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
7)Develop and maintain filing system.
8)Order Office and Pantry supplies.
9)Prepare LPO’s and monitor Invoices.
10)Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1)Any related bachelor's degree.
2)Preferably with UAE experience , minimum 2 years.
3)Attentive to detail.
4)Good Communication skills.

5) Preferred - UAE Driving License.

6) Should be based or willing to relocate to Dubai.
