We are looking for a responsible Interior Fit Out Admin Assistant / receptionist to organize our company’s day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately and taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
