  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and manage the reception area professionally.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and maintain a well-organized schedule.
  • Mail Handling: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, and manage courier services.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Logistics department, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Customer Service: Assist in addressing inquiries from clients, vendors, and employees, providing excellent customer service.
  • Visitor Registration: Ensure all visitors sign in and out, issue visitor badges, and maintain security protocols.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Minimum of a bachelor's degree; additional logistics or administrative certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years Proven experience in logistics coordination and receptionist duties.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic office equipment.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a positive demeanor.
