Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Dispatch customer Recovery Requests to Service Advisors
  • Receive Recovery Requests from Service Advisors, send request to Service Provider, and follow up recovery progress with Customer.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Provide information to callers.
  • Greet persons entering organization.
  • Direct persons to correct destination.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • General administrative and clerical support.
  • Prepare letters and documents.
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
  • Organize meetings.
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area.
  • To work in day or night receptions shifts as per management business requirements and based on a scheduled rotation

Location: Dubai
 

Experience: 5 years of minimum experience of customer care & operations experience within automotive work shop environment.
Nationality: Any

Qualification: High School graduate or degree is an asset
Gender: Female
