Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Dispatch customer Recovery Requests to Service Advisors
- Receive Recovery Requests from Service Advisors, send request to Service Provider, and follow up recovery progress with Customer.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare letters and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
- Organize meetings.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- To work in day or night receptions shifts as per management business requirements and based on a scheduled rotation

Experience: 5 years of minimum experience of customer care & operations experience within automotive work shop environment.

Qualification: High School graduate or degree is an asset
