Responsible for monthly/annual country specific business situation research, providing data support for company decision-making;
Responsible for planning, tracking, and promoting the entire process of due diligence, data collection, agreement drafting, and SPV company registration for leading project partners;
Responsible for preparing project financial models, demonstrating project economic feasibility, and proposing project risks and countermeasures;
Lead and carry out public relations activities related to the project, expand and maintain good cooperative relationships with stakeholders; and Any other tasks assigned by the management.
4) Qualifications:
Major in accounting, financing, business management or related ones with a bachelor's degree or above, MBA is preferred.
At least 3 years of working experience in the similar post;
Adapt to a rapidly diversified working environment; and
