Pool Academy Aquatics is an international aquatics club based in the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, India and the United Kingdom. We have over 7000+ swimmers passing through our doors each year.
Pool Academy Aquatics UAE is looking for a seasoned candidate with Administration Experience looking to further their career with the company. This candidate must be available to begin immediately.
Candidate must have the below characteristics:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/ proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Customer happiness liaison with all clients
- Sports management background will be extremely advantageous
Job Requirements:
- Proven 3 year or more experience as an admin/ operations executive
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Outstanding ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to achieve organisational KPI's and personal target benchmarks
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in management studies will be advantageous
