Collaborate with recruiters and utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Review and pre-screen candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
Attend industry events and conferences to expand the agency's network and brand presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently
