We are currently hiring for Community Coordinator for one of leading developers in UAE.

Role - The candidate will be is responsible for the day to day operations of the communities through regular site inspections, coordinating and meetings with service providers, suppliers, communication with internal and external parties, exercising cost controls.

Responsibilities -

  • Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions
  • Ensures regular communication is in place for the community with respect to updates, emergencies and issues of health and safety.
  • Conducts daily inspections/audits of the assigned communities and drive proactive resolutions to ensure the standards are always maintained.
  • Reviews service provider/contractor performance.
  • Reviews work schedules, service level agreements, reports and scope of works to ensure the best of standards are always maintained.
  • Organizes daily meetings with service providers to drive overall site management.
  • Follow-up for obtaining quotations, suppliers, service providers as per established policies and procedures. Reviews, negotiates and prepares reports on recommendation and analysis on the procurement requirements
  • Ensures staff in community adheres to assigned job roles (e.g. Security, Cleaners etc).
  • Identifying procurement needs of the community.
  • Surveys market in order to identify appropriate material suppliers based on need and rectification requirements noted in the community.
  • Ensures complaints are responded to and resolved as per agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams during crisis and emergencies at any/all times of incident and reporting the same to respective authorities, whilst escalating the same through established policies and processes.
  • Assist and coordinate community events with or on behalf of the line Manager.
  • Coordinate community insurance claims and follow-up with local authorities wherever required
  • Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports

Requirements -

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in relevant area preferably in a medium to large organization
  • Graduate Degree in Engineering or Building Management preferred
  • M-100 certification required
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to priorities work, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
  • Good computer skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
