  • Manage recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and set qualification criteria.
  • Coordinate with Public Relationship Officer/Manager by providing all the necessary documents for visa processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Responsible for screening process that includes performing background checks, contacting the candidate’s references and reviewing the documentation.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and assist with onboarding processes, including paperwork and training.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits offerings.
