Administrative Duties:
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
-Process Trade license renewal
- Assist on processing visa & etc
Other task may assign from time to time.
Qualifications
-At least Bachelor’s Degree and or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Accurate, great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
-Effective communications skills (Verbal and written).
-Critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
-Time management skills and able to work multiple tasks.
-Computer literate. Knowledge in MS Excel, MS word and PowerPoint.
